The Gallagher-Gallegos Amendment to the House version of the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (plus a gaggle of other UFO/UAP provisions) is one step closer to actualization. This article reinforces the perception that Congress (including the Senate, per Bryan Bender and Lawrence Ukenye) is engaging in "an aggressive effort to exert more oversight over an enduring intelligence-gathering challenge that has gained more attention in recent years."
