Turning to a more easily explained phenomenon, we find very good news that Secret Population of Polar Bears Survives in a Small Area -- Can Bigfoot Do The Same? Biologists speculate these bears have occupied the area and thrived, adapting to the needs of their small DNA pool over hundreds of thousands of years. If apex predators like polar bears can survive in a small area, perhaps Bigfoot can as well. That opens up potential habitation areas that were previously dismissed as too small for a breeding population. (CM)
