Hot on the heels of Hizzoner Eric Adams claiming Gracie Mansion is haunted, the 2022 debates for gubernatorial candidates are well underway. As Tim Binnall reports from the bleachers, Hochul, Suozzi, and Williams gave their angle on the existence of ghosts among other lighthearted queries. Being lighthearted in nature, they weren't drilled as to whether supernatural phenomena are in the perceiver's head bringing us to Sofia Quaglia's analysis of The Neuroscience Behind Why People See Ghosts And Demons. Of course there's a bias here since the headline has 'science' in it, and nothing wrong with that, but trying to science-out the paranormal is (in the words of Steve Martin) akin to dancing about architecture.
