If the phrase "Project Grill Flame" makes you think of barbecue and cooking classes, that's what They want you to think, "They" being the CIA who, between 1972 and 1995, explored psychic vision as a means of getting the jump on the Russians whom the US feared had pulled ahead in the Cold War. This is the approximate time frame that the late Rex G. Stanford, "an American psychologist and parapsychologist known for his influential Psi-mediated Instrumental Research (PMIR) model," according to the PSI Encyclopedia, did much of his work. Stanford passed away recently, so we respectfully present our readers with this Rex Stanford Obituary 1938-2022.
