Texan Rain Of Fish Captured On Video - The Fortean

It's been a while since Paul Cropper's updated his site, but he goes to town covering all the angles on the recent fish-fall 'round Texarkana. Replete with photos, video, and more details you can shake a stick at, there's much to be learned from this event. Not too long after this, Hoosiers wonder what happened in Tiptop after a Mysterious Boom Grips Indiana Town. It's not just one boom, but several, and Carson Gerber mentions the really weird bit: The location of the booms appears to be moving. In the same timeframe, the Garden State had its own excitement with Mysterious Shaking Reported In N.J. Tuesday Afternoon and there's no evidence of an earthquake. Weather, seismic activity, military exercises have been ruled out yet Len Melisurgo doesn't entertain any stranger explanations. Perhaps one day we'll be able to describe and explain those booms, much like ball lightning. Speaking of which, Greg Taylor stumbled upon the First English Sighting Of "Ball Lightning" where a 12th century monk's chronicle reveals all about an eerie happening one dark and stormy night. (CS)
