Dr. James Horan and the Journal of Scientific Exploration - A Different Perspective

Kevin Randle talks to the new editor of the Journal of Scientific Exploration (JSE), James Horan. The two review their pioneering work related to the interpretation of the notorious "Ramey Memo" of the Roswell case and agree that purely technological efforts to resolve that document's wording are exhausted. Horan describes himself as a "sympathetic skeptic" and offers advice for researchers in general and opinions on several specific issues. He notes an important upcoming JSE article on the history of humanoid sightings, and that JSE is available for free online at JSE Library. Kevin observes a "worrisome" Chris Mellon quote and a possible trend in Christopher Mellon and Cigar Shaped UFO Sightings. Kevin also interviews UFOs Northwest Director William Puckett about his work and the website he and colleagues maintain. Puckett explains their matter-of-fact approach while sharing examples from the UFO Reporting Center, Latest UFO Sightings & News and its archives. Kevin next relates recent photographic cases in UFOs and Cameras. Lastly, he offers Charles Moore and the Array, New Mexico, UFO Sighting as an example that some "historical" UFO reports "should be the sort of scientifically gathered information that Dr. [Avi] Loeb would want" for his new UAP effort, The Galileo Project.
