The BC provincial government has approved $1m in funding for construction of a new building to house a Bigfoot Museum in Harrison Hot Springs. The museum pays homage to the Indigenous peoples who know Sasquatch as a spiritual being watching over the land, and after the new construction it may even make Harrison Hot Springs the Bigfoot capital of the world. Nick Redfern touches on this spiritual nature in
Paranormal Creatures or Unidentified Apes: The Bigfoot Beasts Definitely Live. He goes on to discuss the possibility that what witnesses have been spotting all this time are examples of surviving
Gigantopithecus blacki, who were thought to have gone extinct during the Pleistocene. (CM)
