Woman Spots '5Ft Black Panther of Rutland' Lurking in Farmland Outside Her Home - Daily Star

In the first of three "Alien Black Cat" items today, the sighting was through the safety of a bedroom window. (Are we the only ones who didn't know Bat Watching was a thing?) If the photographs are to be believed, the creature was certainly on the larger side of normal. Unfortunately there is nothing in the images to give a size perspective. This next story offers an explanation for the ABC phenomenon: 'Mutant Moggies' Could Be Getting Mistaken For 'Big Cats'. Moggies, for the unfamiliar, are feral cats. The author of this post claims they've been known to take down small deer. We confess we're having some problems suspending our disbelief. Perhaps that's why this third item seems so much easier to take seriously. The Reasons Why the “Alien Big Cats of the U.K. Should be Categorized Under “Supernatural include reports of vanishing, and appearances concurrent with UFO sightings or in the vicinity of recent crop circle formations. Looks like the obsession with ginormous kitties isn't going away anytime soon. (CM)
