Not sure that a bunch of earthbound lights didn't produce the video described here. Comparing the "still" photo and the possible angle of the "light show" in video footage Scott Corrales links to, it's unfortunate the "renowned Uruguayan ufologists'" conclusions on this specific case aren't completely clear.
