A Poltergeist in Bhutan - The Fortean

It's difficult to imagine a rock-throwing polt without also imagining Cropster there making notes, taking photos, and interviewing witnesses. But back in 2019 the government of Bhutan did not feel generous, and Fate decided to keep the intrepid investigator home at the dawn of what would become a pandemic. Nonplussed, Cropster got his story, and the resulting notes comprise this report of a stone-throwing spirit that even took aim at a grandma's noggin. Some spooks have no sense of decorum. Speaking of decorum, Dr. Andreas Sommer presents the the third segment of a trilogy discussing scientific community views of polt phenomena. Poltergeist รข€“ the Finale! discusses why what we believed science understood about noisy spooks was probably wrong. Better still, Andreas offers glimpses into the minds of scientists, offering much needed context over what would otherwise sound like any other debunking. All that and the man has a lovely speaking voice, so enjoy. (CM)
