Just a caveat, the story of Beth Thomas is not for the faint of heart considering her circumstances, how she lashed out at the world, and the maverick, banned treatment which humanized her. Also soon to be banned from use in medicine is A Mad Scientist And His Mind Control Brain Implants. Again leave it to the genuis of Brent Swancer to illustrate the stranger points of José Manuel Rodríguez Delgado's research, like giving the power to control subjects to monkeys. And then the laughable lack of ethics when Delgado made fellow human beings the focus of his research which necessarily caught the attention of the military. How deep do you want to go, because this rabbit hole's remarkably profound. (CS)
