Robert Powell Interview - The Paracast

Gene and co-host Randall Murphy welcome Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies Exec Board Member Robert Powell. Among Robert's ufological credits: collaborations in analyses of some of the most evidentiary UFO cases and UFOs and Government: A Historical Inquiry, published by Anomalist Books. The interview's primary but not sole focus is Robert's latest work The Truth About UFOs: A Scientific Perspective, which was initiated to set the record straight on the subject to kids between 7-and -1 years old. During the discussion David Halperin's views come up, whose own latest book is subject for Dr. Tim Brigham's The UFO Experience: In Praise of Halperin's_Intimate Alien_. Brigham is sympathetic to Halperin's Jungian construction of many UFO experiences, including emphasizing far more the human role in a UFO "event" and its subsequent reporting. In a sense the "people component" is at the core of Nick Redfern's interest in "Weaponisation of an Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon" - An Amazing New Rendlesham Forest Book.
