It seems 2020 has not been exciting enough for a group of thrill seekers in Scotland who thought it was a good idea to spend quality time in an abandoned mental hospital. Their takeaway was a photograph which they claim included an image of a g-g-g-ghost. We're leaning more towards cruddy photography. If this foolishness has left you longing for "real" paranormal researchers, you need look no further:
Catherine Crowe: The Forgotten Mother of the Paranormal went far beyond the research methods of her time, earning her a reputation as a true professional (and a troublemaker) in the field. That is, until a bout with a stomach bug and a fever gave both competitors and hoaxers a chance to discredit her and warn others away from studying the paranormal too carefully. Has this got you wondering about what else has gone down in the history of the paranormal? Listen to
Jim Harold interview Terje G. Simonsen, the author of
A Short History of Nearly Everything Paranormal. An excerpt from the book--"A Poltergeist in the Kindergarten"--appeared in
