What Was Bigelow's "Center for Advanced Cognitive Science"? - Unidentified Aerial Phenomena - Scientific Research

Doing some sleuthing from a discovery in documents "originating with the late U.S. researcher, Elaine Douglass," Keith Basterfield has uncovered information on the headlined organization. It only leads to more questions, including the similarity in titles to an apparently earlier University of Nevada-Las Vegas entity. "What was he thinking?" might also be the comment to Sebastian Kettley's article UFO Sighting: Former Blink-182 Rocker Tom DeLonge Snubbed over Sharing 'Fake' UFO video. We understand, somewhat, Luis Elizondo's eschewing UFO research in toto during his AATIP tenure, but the apparent absence of a competent ufologist on or advising the TTSA team seems unfortunate. Bryan Sentes has noted a "present steadystate of ufology or of the phenomenon and its mytho/sociological import in general." In Sightings: Saturday 8 November 2020 Bryan maintains "we've seen it all before" regarding Disclosure, possible security implications and/or purposes of UFOs, books and movies about same, etc. Ufology has inspired some poetry of late, which does interest Bryan.
