It probably has a Cape Canaveral point of origin and an Atlas V rocket identification, but last Friday's celestial display had people as far north as Virginia "oohing" and "aahhing," and the video is rather beautiful. Rather on the opposite corner of North America, Strange Lights in the Sky perplexed several British Columbians. An Environment Canada meteorologist's suggestion of "usually satellites" doesn't seem to match the "about 10 minutes" of hovering time one witness estimated, nor the "east to west" trajectory noted by another. Then there's a Cluster of UFOs Filmed in Dallas "earlier this month" for our edification.
