When Weirdness Came to Sydney - Malcolm's Anomalies

We're trekking off the beaten path today, examining details regarding an unidentified creature spotted in the shallow water of a lagoon in Sydney in 1968. The witness described something that was a cross between elephant, anteater, and science fiction experiment, and could be dismissed as nothing more than attention seeking were it not for a pair of fishermen encountering something similar in 1971. But even when the "monsters" seem familiar, could it be that we are Mistaking One Monster-Beast For Another? If we're being honest with ourselves, anything with large teeth and the stink of decay from its last meal can and should send us running for safety. Who ya gonna call? We're going to call authorities who can identify the beastie, and distract it as we run away. (CM)
