SCU Executive Board Member Robert Powell will be presenting "An Analysis of the Ubatuba [Brazil] Material" sample obtained in 1957, covering its history, including previous testing, and new studies. Billy Cox covers this as part of a larger article mentioning Robert's observations on failures in the mainstream media to ask tougher questions of the Defense Department's UFO revelations, like "where are the radar data" that would tell you how fast the objects are going in those now officially released videos and whether they could possibility be man-made?
