ReactiveQ CEO and "tech prodigy" Deep Prasad methodically lays out his reasons for believing that UFOs of at least the "Tic-Tac" variety are the products of a non-human intelligence. He compares the velocity difference between Tic-Tacs of 2014 and the F-18s that unsuccessfully chased them with the discrepancy between an F-18 and what a mid-17th century villager equipped with only a horse could achieve. Such reasoning and more observations about Tic Tac performance, bolstered as they are by mathematical data and even currently-known physical science, pose a huge challenge to those who'd rather believe UFOs all spring from psychological aberrations, hoaxes, poorly understood natural phenomena, religious yearnings, human military machines, or mind-altering substances. Whether Prasad's speculations and predictions will prove accurate is, of course, up in the air. And so, apparently, are the Tic-Tacs. (WM)
