Rich Reynolds poses what a commenter calls "An excellent summary of the UFO paradox."
Pace Roswell, Cape Girardeau, Aztec, and even Dr. Eric Davis, undeniable material evidence of UFO crashes has not come to public light. And while indications that such will happen fairly soon are intriguing, we have heard similar claims many times before. In
The Earth's [Unique] Reality and UFOs Rich restates his beliefs about the unlikelihood of repetitive or even single visits by ET craft "in the numbers that sightings of reports seem to indicate." Earth may be literally in a tail of the Galactic distribution, but Rich seems to allow our globe may be nearer the center of the "coolness" (to employ a 60s expression) distribution of worlds. Could more advanced exploring entities be engaging in a consequently more expanded activity analogous to "going to the far ends of the Earth," as happened with human exploration not that many centuries ago?
