A tiny and perfect cluster of islands off Panama are home to a people called the Cunas, who have the highest incidence of albinism in the world. Those born with this condition suffer greatly with the effects of a hot, sunny climate, leaving one to wonder if evolution took a bit if a holiday while the Cunas developed. Next we have The Mysterious Ghostly Whistle People of Indonesia, known as the Orang Bunian. An elf-like clan of supernatural beings, it is said they inhabit the woods and lure hikers away from this world with their beautiful song.
