Major Announcement on the Peruvian Three-Fingered, Possibly Alien Mummies - Mysterious Universe

They're baaack!!! The Peruvian three-fingered mummies are once again in the news, courtesy of a longish presentation in Lima on the 19th. Paul Seaburn sketches out some of the pros and cons of the affair--the latter of which make it impossible to grant the claims real credence. Until a truly scientific publication of the data and independent analyses occur, Paul's "alien mummy meter" is "still stuck between 'Skeptical' and 'Unproven.'" On the UFO Big News front, MJ Banias tells us that a Nimitz UFO Indie Doc Sheds Light in the Darkness. Banias discusses the background to this short but powerful recreation of the best-known November 2004 encounter, includes the video, and explains why the documentary on the Nimitz Group/UFO encounters is "incredibly necessary." Here he observes the confusion as to what perceived phenomena really do make up the "UFO phenomenon," and notes that as our culture changes, we may expect our perspective on "UFOs" to alter.
