A Romanian Poltergeist - The Fortean

Cropster reports on another rock throwing poltergeist, this time from a small town in Romania. The phenomenon fits with other similar reports--small, isolated community, a grapevine of verbal communication and rumor that would put Twitter to shame, and authorities that are either terrified or entirely disinterested. We're certain Cropster is counting his pennies and checking Romania Airways flights even as you read this. A far more terrifying incident is A Scary Demonic Possession in South Africa which reportedly occurred in the early 1900s at a mission school in Natal. Detailing a young girl's descent either into madness or hell, the story is altogether disturbing and easily ranks as one of the more frightening reports of this type of incident. (CM)
