In Researcher Discovers ‘Time Warp’ Near Las Vegas, Brett Tingley takes a rather skeptical attitude toward Warren's claim to have made the discovery using a "DT Meter," or differential time rate meter. Warren says the device allowed him to detect a spot in which time slows down but which is imperceptible to human consciousness. But maybe, suggests Tingley, the DT Meter just malfunctioned. (PH)
