It was my anniversary date and I figured I would surprise my girlfriend with a coast road trip. Starting from the south and driving my way north and spending the night in Neskowin beach hotel. Come night fall my girlfriend and I sat on the beach near a bonfire and watched the sunset. I decided to start taking pictures of the sunset and tried with and without flash. After the sunset I took some more pictures. This place has become a popular spot for popping the question, hence it's name (proposal rock), but there is also a story of a couple getting married and the bride being swept in by a sneaker wave.
