i never really believed in paranormal shit, but lately i've been seriously questioning this. This is my first post on reddit and i came here because i have no idea who else to talk to because no one believes me.
First off, my sleep schedule has been out of whack lately. I used to be able to sleep in until maybe 9am after going to bed, but lately I've been waking up randomly in the middle of the night. i don't know why. sometimes i wake up at 3 or 330 and just can't fall asleep for a couple hours. I've tried sleep aids and none of them work at all.
Some nights i hear this ringing in my ears and hear whispers from my bathroom. the light in there is motion activated and there are some nights it'll just turn on randomly. i know damn well no one is in there. i become terrified and just sit in my bed staring at the lights coming out through the seeps of my door until they turn off again.
Today was the final straw for me... i just turned 18 and am going away to college in a month and a half. Today my parents talked to me and said they found a bottle opener in my car. Now before you say 'cmon now thats yours and you're just bluffing'. Im dead serious: i haven't seen that bottle opener since i was in middle school at my old house we used to live in. I started panicking so bad because I swear on my godforsaken life, I've never used or brought bottle opener in my car or anywhere. my parents aren't upset at the assumption of me drinking, but they are disappointed. the thing that distraught me was the fact that I DIDNT BRING THAT IN MY CAR. IVE NEVER USED IT. I HAVENT SEEN IT IN YEARS. HOW THE FUCK DID IT GET IN THERE.
I don't know if I'm haunted or something, but if anyone could just tell me what the fuck is happening to me i would very much appreciate it. I've never been afraid of paranormal shit, but i seriously can't explain that last story and its been bothering me for the past couple days.
I hope this is the right place to write all of this, thank you guys. this is actually my first and probably last post on this account.
