We're not buying the story that a g-g-g-ghost has frightened these business owners into closing their doors. Videos can be tampered with, and the "fear" exhibited by one of the owners makes us hope the real reason the store is closed is because they've gone to take acting lessons. A more convincing story is this report from 1920s Newark:  A Photograph of Uncle William. This report details the story of a very young psychic and her history of spirit communication. While the technology at the time wasn't available to disprove claims, even established psychics seemed in awe of the girl's abilities. But Do ghosts really exist? Psychologist claims that most late-night paranormal experiences are simply due to sleep paralysis and exploding head syndrome. This very factual debunking of all things spooky is certainly informative. But we couldn't get past the gnawing feeling that this sleep researcher was trying awfully hard to convince himself that what was going bump in the night was all in his head.  (CM)
