CIA Conducts MDR on Bluebird Docs - The UFO Trail

Jack Brewer has been researching possible CIA relationships with the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP). Here he presents results of his work to learn more about a Project MKULTRA effort to use hypnosis and behavior modification techniques on government employees and others. The material makes for fascinating--and chilling--reading. 'Wayward Sons: NICAP and the IC' promotes Jack's forthcoming book of the same title. The article includes the book's Table of Contents and an Introduction expressing the two contexts Jack discerns to "the NICAP saga" and his particular focus on the Intelligence Community/NICAP portion. He thanks noted researcher Barry Greenwood as a major contributor regarding NICAP records, and says he'll link to many individual files. Some of these appear to inform Jack's The Birth of NICAP. While reading the referenced links isn't required, the extensive use and ready availability of such primary source material are especially appreciated by the historian and serious researcher who may wish to form their own conclusions.
