Intriguing Video Captures Multiple UFO's Over Utica - WLZW

Sometimes images tell us something about the people posting it. An enthused Utica writer has found a website that appears to feature out-of-focus videos of Lights In The Sky, and hones in on a portion billed as representing a local sighting. Whoever posted the video of a Helicopter Found Circling a Mysterious Static UFO in Los Angeles, claiming it as "a new incident," should have looked closer at the "9/2/17" prominently displayed, then followed their own link to the International Business Times article of September 4, 2017, that previously promoted the visual. More interesting is whatever Shaneika Joyner and her daughter India saw and cellphone-captured as a UFO Stops Traffic in South Carolina As Drivers Film It. Dave Basner has the story and footage.
