Why Cattle Mutilations Aren’t the Work of Aliens - Mysterious Universe

Writer and investigator Nick Redfern has spent more time looking through FBI declassified files than is considered healthy, but he has come away with some darkly fascinating theories. In this first report Nick discusses the possibility that cattle mutilations have long been the work of government agencies seeking to identify and isolate the threat of bioweapons used against US livestock. Next, Redfern looks at a situation from the 1950s: When Plague is Used as a Weapon: A Dark Story From Decades Past examines a bubonic plague outbreak among rats in New Mexico, and its spread to a number of humans with whom the infected rodents came in contact. The takeaway from these stories? We live in imperfect but wondrous times. While a pandemic has been throttling our economies, our health, and our sense of well being, we are still able to communicate, to operate functional supply chains, and produce vaccines in record times. What remains unchanged is our will to survive and see another sunrise. (CM)
