'Mystery Creature' Blamed for Spate of Strange Deaths Near Bridge in Zimbabwe - Coast to Coast AM

A series of inexplicable drowning deaths in the town of Gwanda in Zimbabwe are being blamed on a mermaid believed to inhabit the waters. An "expert" has been called in to rid the area of the alleged magical murderer. Personally we would have called a coroner, but we're weird that way. In news of other unexplained deaths, Mysterious Goat Killings in Silicon Valley — Chupacabras? More likely wild dogs or a pack of coyotes. Evidently the unfortunate goats still had most of their blood so it's unlikely a Goat Sucker did them in. But since we're on the subject of cryptids, Canterbury 'panther' spotted in forest, terror ensues. At least terror on the part of the videographer, who claimed the black feline looked into his soul. Seems someone isn't a cat person...(CM)
