Glasgow Boy pretty much blows our socks off with his photographic and CGI detective skills. This article isn't so much about a glimpse of Nessie as it is about someone overestimating their ability to pull the wool over a monster hunter's eyes. If we're being realistic, when an image of Nessie is too clear it's probably fake.
The Problems of Taking Pictures of Monsters tend to focus on, well--focus. Blurry blobs do not constitute evidence. And don't get us started on equipment failure. That's assuming you can get a snap off before said beastie disappears back into the depths. Or the forest. (We're talking to you Bigfoot.) But it keeps us wanting more, so we won't be giving up our pursuits any time soon. Prepare to say "Cheese," Nessie and Bigfoot. (CM)
