’Crow Man’ Seen Hovering Above Chicago Washington Park High-Rise - Phantoms and Monsters

Of all the reports of high strangeness out there, none seem to walk the fine line between between weird and ridiculous as the flying humanoid reports. It would be all too easy to dismiss them, as witnesses often find when revealing their experiences, were it not for the sheer number of reports in the Chicago area. In fact, something seems to be going on throughout the entire state: Humanoid ’Owl’ Seen by Two Witnesses in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Unfortunately, it is often the case that witnesses submit reports that seem poorly described, largely the result of not understanding what it is they are looking at. Even before the seeming invasion of Illinois, there were reports across the ocean of strange beings that defied sane description: ’Man-Like’ Flying Humanoid - Gorki, USSR 1978 sounds more like an alien encounter, or a prelude to an old science fiction movie. Except it really happened, at least in the world of the witnesses. So until the day comes where we sort out somewhat definitively what is going on in our skies, we must remain open minded, pay attention to the facts, and remember how much of the life on this planet is as yet undiscovered.
