Murder by Astrology - Strange Company

Here are two stories that perfectly illustrate that nothing in the paranormal world can equal the horror that can be perpetrated by a "sane" human. This first tale, set in 1920s Oregon, involves a gifted astrologer without moral compass, his cognitively challenged niece and nephew, and a bottomless pit of greed. Next we present The Mystery of the Dead Couple From Nowhere, discovered in South Carolina in 1976. The deceased were found without ID, without itinerary or means of travel, the only clues their corpses themselves, which indicated the two had come from situations of affluence. Gunshot wounds pointed to murder by a professional, execution style. To this day the two bodies remain unidentified, their killer(s) at large, all possible clues leading nowhere. (CM)
