A glass falling in a restaurant is not a reason to shout "G-g-g-ghost!" The skeptic in us can list half a dozen possible explanations for stemware to fall off a shelf, none of them spectral. But the reaction of the server makes us rethink our position. Whatever is going on, it's happening consistently and that poor woman has had enough. The next hires are going to need full disclosure, we think, just like this
'Legally Haunted' Mansion for Sale. The property's original owner claimed the manse had paranormal activity going on, then strangely neglected to share that detail with a prospective buyer. The ensuing court case resulted in the mansion being officially designated as haunted, which, oddly enough, none of the new owners over the years have actually experienced personally. We expect they were disappointed. Caveat Emptor, folks. (CM)
