Is Transient Lunar Phenomena Electric? - Thunderbolts

Reports of mysterious lights on the Moon date back more than a thousand years. Scientists call these flashes of light Transient Lunar Phenomena. This piece argues that the phenomenon is likely electrical in nature. But the Moon is not our only neighbor where these light flashes have been reported: Odd Flash Photographed on Mars. NASA's Curiosity Rover recently snapped an odd flash floating above the surface of the planet. And it's not the first time. Was it a reflection or some kind of camera interference? Or could it be the remnant of an ancient Martian civilization, as a CIA remote viewing tasking of the planet suggested in 1984? For details of this odd episode see Mars and the CIA: One Million Years B.C.. (PH)
