Russians, by and large, are full of shit. Putin and his partner in crime, Mohammad bin Salman, are on the ropes as the rest of the planet working to mitigate global warming by eschewing petrol. Elon Musk, peace be upon him, is joyously screwing Roscosmos out of $400 million a year forcing their rocket scientists to hold blini sales to put satellites into low-earth orbit. Adding insult to injury Russian "science" is founded on bullshit and stolen technology, and Mark Wolverton explains how the CIA, among other alphabet soups, used science to force Russia's collapse during the Cold War.
