Mary Rose Barrington and Psychokinesis - Shattered Reality

Mary Rose Barrington is a spunky 92-year-old former solicitor and a barrister in Great Britain, as well as a President of the Oxford University Society for Psychical Research. On this episode of Shattered Reality, she discusses her new book, JOTT, published by Anomalist Books, with host Fahrusha. The phenomenon of simple household psychokinesis involves things disappearing and reappearing, with the word JOTT being an acronym for Just One of Those Things that happen in everyday life. Barrington has studied the phenomenon for years and classifies jottles into several categories: Flyaway, Windfall, Comeback, Walkabout, and Trade-In. Benjamin Grundy and Aaron Wright of Mysterious Universe have fun recounting and discussing many examples of JOTT in their recent MU Podcast beginning at the 6:52 minute mark.
