Excitement is running high among members of Team Nessie, and who can blame them? In a 24-hour-period, photos were taken from the same location by different people showing something in the Loch. It's unfortunate that the images show no detail...because they might well be of the same rotting log. Or they may, as some have suggested, mean that recent DNA testing (or whatever that "testing" is a cover for) stirred Nessie from her slumbers. All this may well inspire you to revisit the monster enthusiasm from years past.
The "Legend of the Loch" BBC Documentary from 1958 predates the Dinsdale film and captures a sense of wonder and awe about what might be living in dark depths of Loch Ness. Glasgow Boy has been able to locate the original one page promotion for this BBC classic and shares it with readers for a nostalgic walk down monster lane. (CM)
