Old hag experiences

Throughout my life I've had many paranormal experiences and I've always debated as to whether I should share them on here. Admittedly reading about this stuff is my guilty pleasure but it seems that everytime I get into it a little too much I attract something negative to myself. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment. Anyways, I knew you have all heard of Old Hag Syndrome but I never knew what it was until years after it stopped happening to me. But here's my story. At around 15 years old I moved in with my mother, I went through a couple really rough years with my dad and his wife so I wasn't in the best state of mind. One night I had a dream that I had never had before. I was hovering above my body watching myself sleep. Running all around the house and up and down the halls or these little gargoyle type things. They kept taking turns jumping up onto the couch while I was sleeping and whispering in my ear. It was so fast oh, I don't think it was even English, I have no idea what they were saying.

And that's when the sleep paralysis started. I hate to call it that, I don't feel like it's a physiological thing, I feel like it's definitely a paranormal thing. If you've never been in the presence of true evil, then you may not understand, but it is the worst combination of murderous rage and hatred that you could ever imagine balled up into one with all of its energy focused on you. I remember laying there just focusing on trying to move one finger because once I was able to move its power was broken and I was free. I was not raised in church and I had no idea that you could invoke the name of Jesus or anything like that to stop these attacks.

Anyways, this went on for couple terrifying years , my life stabilized, and it all ended in the same way it began. Once again I was hovering above my body watching myself sleep. I watched as a woman dressed in all white appeared next to my bed. Because of my position I was basically directly over top of her and for some reason I stayed focused on myself and never really got a good look at her. I basically could only see out of the corner of my eye that it was a woman all dressed in white. Slowly, she raised her hands up with her Palms facing toward the ceiling and my body lifted about 2 feet off the bed. And that was it. It never happened again.

And that is the other reason why I don't feel like sleep paralysis is just a normal reaction, the dreams that I had before and after my experiences suggest that it was completely paranormal. I'm just curious if anybody who has had experience with Old Hag Syndrome experienced anything like this?
