Nigerian College Has Genie Problem - Coast to Coast AM

Students at a Nigerian college have figured out a foolproof way to skip classes, avoid exams, and generally be excused from all accountability. Claims of genies stalking students in the college hallways have become the go-to-reason for anything going awry. Why didn't we think of these excuses when we were in school? There are More Cases of Mass Hysteria and “Demonic Possession� After Students Report Seeing Paranormal Entities. In Ghana, it's become a widespread phenomenon for evil spirits to be blamed for compelling all sorts of student misbehaviors. Any resultant  physical ailments have left doctors baffled and even more ready to blame ill intentioned spirits. Clearly the students are far smarter--and creative--than their physicians and educators. (CM)
