My experience with the Paranormal, turns into not Paranormal.

I used to love the exciting subject of paranormal, seeing ghosts, ouija boards, read ghost stories and other people's experiences. All of that was quite thrilling and creepy at the same time. I remember I used to live in a village when I was 17, my neighbour died of old age and I passed by his house everyday when back from work at night. I remember a day after he passed away, I was coming back home from work and looked at his window and think i saw his face. My heart was racing and I run so fast to my home. Told my parents and they didn't know what to say. Next day I realised I was probably tired from work and that night was so dark that I imaged I saw his face. All of that made sense to me, whenever i'm mentally exhausted, my brain can process stuff that don't exist. When I used to read or watch too much paranormal stuff, my brain tries to adjust so I can see the paranormal. Now back to people that believe in paranormal events that they think they see. It is all in your mind. Your brain tricks you at times, whenever you are mentally exhausted or tired, or you have been watching too much paranormal stuff on internet or reading, those factors influence your way of thinking and your brain tries to adjust and question if it is real and then you try to see it with your own eyes. ( this can be the brain doing it voluntary or involuntary) Hence many paranormal stories are made up, because many people are tricked by their brain. I don't want to spread hate on this page or anything, I'm just speaking my truth and facts. I still love to watch horror films, paranormal stories etc but they no longer trick my brain since I came to terms of the power of human brain. Maybe you can relate or not but this is why I believe the paranormal doesn't exist but only in your mind.
