I don't know what's wrong with me

I hope I explain this well enough, if there's something I've left out or if you have a question and you think there's a way you can help me understand what's happening to me, please ask.

Recently I've just had a lot of strange things happen to me. My house has always creeped me out, I've always "felt" something in my house and I've always felt watched. That was nothing new, but recently it's been amplified. It's so much worse, I'm scared to go downstairs, I'm scared to go down the hall without a light on, I'm terrified of my own house. I hear noises outside my window, inside, under my bed, behind my bed, outside my door, in other rooms that are empty, and all of these noises have no explanation. My cats stay in my room on the foot of my bed. I don't have a rodent problem. I do live in an old house, it's clean, nothing raggedy or worn down about it, but it is old. I guess it was called a plantation house or something, I'm not sure.

I've also noticed on top of the noises, things are being moved. I remember I was looking for my flat iron, and I mean I looked everywhere for the thing. No one else in my house uses a flat iron and no one else had been in my packed bag or in my room at all. I looked inside my bag, I took everything out, unfolded everything, couldn't find it in there. I looked around the outlet I would normally plug it into, it wasn't there either. I looked everywhere and I tore my room apart, I couldn't find it. I picked things up, said what they were, and put them down just to make sure I wasn't overlooking it, still hadn't found it. I woke up the next day, it was at the outlet I had definitely checked earlier. I've had shirts that I've folded or hung up disappear. I've had books, notebooks, shoes, get moved from one place to another that have no reason to be where they were moved.

My cats have been acting weird as well. They're normally sweet, cuddly, clingy, like normal cat personalities. Recently they've been staring absolutely everywhere. It terrifies me because they would stare right behind me with these ginormous dilated eyes like they were seeing something they were terrified of. Sometimes they'll be walking in my room and completely spaz out like something was grabbing me or had touched their leg. I'd also like to mention, I don't have a flea problem. I considered it, I looked through their hair, I didn't see any fleas, and I hadn't seen any around the house either. They're inside cats, but regardless, I got some flea medicine just in case. Nothing's changed. They'll stare around my room and scatter around like something's spooked them. They'll scatter into my room, they'll scamper out of my room like something's scared them.

I've been having some weird dreams, but normally weird dreams are pretty average for me if I ever remember them. I made a post about a dream I had earlier this week that's been kinda scary, but that's about it. If anyone has any clue on what's going on, please let me know.
