I did a sage cleaning in my house with my friend today. On our second round through, the shallow glass bowl in her hand burst into shards, half the bowl still in her hand.
It had exploded in the doorway of the most negative room in my house. She had been thinking “sometimes bad forces can stay after a cleansing... but it’s rare.” And it happened right after I had said “wow, it feels so much better in here!”
We each had our own glass bowls. They were palm sized and had burning sage embers in them. The glass was not hot enough to be uncomfortable to hold and the room was room temperature.
Her bowl burst. Mine was fine.
I don’t see how there’s a scientific explanation. There are ash trays that are thinner glass than the bowls we had.
