Who are the Men in Black, in your opinion?

If you're into UFOlogy, you probably know about the infamous Men in Black.

But who are they? No one knows for sure, so we can only speculate. I tend to lean to them either being time travelers or aliens disguised as human.

I'm interested to see some input on this.
