When I was 8 years old, my father was completely bankrupt, so our house was sold, and we were forced to move to a village, the villagers here are very poor, although the location of this village is actually not too far from the city, there are rumors circulating in the villages around here, it is said there is a gold mine in the village where I live, but no one dared to approach it because it is said gold mine was guarded by a beast, but honestly I did not believe in such fairy tales, because I think there must be an explanation.
When I was 10 years old, I started to vent myself to explore the surrounding areas of the village, it was late evening, I was looking for frogs to be collected, until I arrived at a cave entrance covered by tall grass, I tried came in, and in the cave it was very dark, deeper and deeper, suddenly there was a head with canine teeth similar to a bear appeared before me, and it was a statue, I was shocked, near the statue there is a rustic wooden door, I opened it slowly, and there was a room filled with golden statues.
I suddenly felt goosebumps, I feel this place is very mystical, and soon there came the sound of the roar of a wild beast so blaring, then suddenly the earth shook like an earthquake, I was very frightened and immediately ran away from this cave.
I told my father about this, and the next day we came back to the cave, and strangely the cave was gone! so my father thinks of me as a liar, I'm very disappointed, as if the cave was gone overnight.
Many years later my family returned to live in the city, from what I studied was a rumor of gold mines in the village where my childhood had never existed, the beast that supposedly guarded the mine was actually just a statue, and the gold mine turned out to be a storage cave ancient gold sculptures, but which I still don't understand until now is about the earthquake, is it possible the cave was cursed? or fitted with a trap I accidentally stepped on? Well, I don't know.
