Out of body experience?

I don’t know where else on Reddit I should put this so hopefully this will make do.

I’ve had these experiences, maybe not since childhood but at least since teenagedom. They almost always happen when I’m lying down, and I get this sensation that I’m floating or getting pulled out of my body. There’s no actual looking at myself from outside of my body, so it’s not astral projection, I don’t know what it is. But if I decide to snap out of it I can, and if I don’t want to, I can kind of encourage it to keep happening. It basically feels like I’m being pulled further and further. One time I tried for probably a few minutes to see how long I could go without stopping it, but it kind of gets uncomfortable, and at some point I gave up because I just felt all staticy like a broken TV.

Sometimes too, it’ll feel like something in my head feels ...wavy, like two waves crashing into each other, or two magnets that you’re trying to make touch but are repelling each other. If I don’t intentionally snap out of it, my head even slightly moves itself back and forth.

God I’m realizing how bizarre this sounds now that I type it but I’ve had weird floaty experiences for so long I just accepted it. I can also sort of force it if I wanted it to happen, but I wouldn’t cause it’s not exactly fun. Oh, and it happens more often when I’m high or meditating. I’ve actually had trouble meditating even though I like it, because oftentimes my out of body experiences get activated and just kinda ruin it.

Anyone else had something like this?
