I work in retail and was in my air conditioned store today. I point this out because it was extremely cold in the store while I was working. I felt a little odd after something fell from the shelf near me (there were absolutely no people nearby) and when I looked to my right I saw the edge of the wall doing something that I can only describe as vibrating.
It almost resembled the way that heat waves look on a very hot day, but again it was very cold and inside.
I walked over to the wall and nothing seemed odd, but when I walked further away again (maybe 10 feet or so) I saw the same strange vibrations on just that section of the wall. There were no construction projects or people nearby, and no other section of the wall vibrated.
I'm not declaring this to be paranormal by any means but I'm really interested in what this was and/or if anyone has experienced something similar.
