Hey guys! So to preface this my friend is super creeped out and I managed to talk him down. He shared this video of something in his front driveway that appears to be steam. It was taken at 4AM and he is adamant that nobody was using any sort of appliance, heating, or any other device that would cause steam to come out of the exhaust pipe. I asked him if he shares a wall with any neighbours and he says one wall with one neighbour. I theorized the pipe is also connected to his neighbours boiler and maybe his neighbour was doing something at 4AM. Video below. Thoughts?
