This is an experience that I have been having since last year. Whenever I talk about someone who has passed away, rather they be family, friends, or even a celebrity, I will get the feeling that someone is touching the back of my head or my back.
For example, one night when me and my family were on vacation, me and my younger sister were walking back to our hotel after dinner and I felt a bit nervous walking back and me and my sister started talking about our uncle who passed away from cancer in November 2015. Just then, I felt like someone was holding my hand while walking back. And I think it was my uncle who was helping me out.
I have been tested for schizophrenia before and I don’t have it.
