I need answers.

I have a few things I need answers to. Maybe anybody that sees these can help me.

My friend says that she sees (and communicates with) ghosts. I'm not sure how much I believe her, but I've never caught her lying, and she always has evidence for anything she says that I dought. Also, another question I have is about my house. I don't know when my house was made or remodeled, or even how many deaths occurred in or before my house. Anyway, I'm home alone very often. When I'm home alone, or the only one awake, I feel like somebody is there with me. When I lay down before bed, I feel like somebody is looking at me through the crack between the closet door and the closet door frame. When I go downstairs, I pass the attic door. Even though I've gotten new locks and bolts for it, it still feels like somebody is in there, living in my attic. Yes, I've looked in the attic. Nobody was there. When I'm in the kitchen, I can see the door to the hallway (that leads back upstairs), I feel like somebody is going to open the door. When I'm in the living room, I just sitting on the couch, I see shadows in the kitchen. At night, my dog sleeps in the kitchen in a big crate. Her name is Lola, she's a Pitt/Mastiff mix. She barks at nothing, but my other dog, a Chihuahua, Tabby, doesn't. Also, Tabby will glady go upstairs, past the attic. Lola won't. She gets scared when we go into the hallway that leads to the stairs. What's going on???
